Collection agency system. Our role to collect on behalf of the owner

Based on the agreement between the owner and the company, we will act on behalf of the landlord and will carry out such business as “resident search and procurement”, “rent collection and remittance”, and “witness to move out”.

    If the lessee is from a home-building contractor introducer other than our company, the contract fee is 2 month’s rent (tax excluded).
  • Renewal fee1 month’s rent
    It depends on the rental market and availability.
  • Contract fee at time of renewalWe will charge 50% (plus tax) of the renewal fee received from tenants as a renewal agency fee.
  • Rent remittance dateRemittance will be made on the 25th of the month, of the following month.
    In the case of it being a non-business day of a financial institution, remittances will be made on the previous business day.

※The rent is not guaranteed over the future, and there is no payment of the rent in the case of vacancy.
